18gl Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 18gl platform at 18gl.best — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, or place a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 18gl.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 18gl platform. Continued use of 18gl after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 18gl recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

2Eligibility

To create and maintain an 18gl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18gl strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request proof of age documents during account verification. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. All balances associated with underage accounts will be forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using 18gl is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 18gl or any related gaming regulatory body at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating an 18gl account. All accounts must be used only by the registered account holder.

18gl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

3Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on 18gl. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. 18gl actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and verification methods. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and all balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for updating your account information if your details change. 18gl is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the member.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18gl login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 18gl support immediately at support@18gl.best. 18gl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Verification (KYC)

18gl complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership during or after registration. Verification is required before withdrawal requests above a certain threshold are processed. 18gl aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documents.

4Deposits

Deposits to your 18gl account are accepted via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• There is no maximum deposit limit under normal account conditions, though 18gl may request source-of-funds information for large deposits in compliance with applicable regulations.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 18gl balance in real time in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank and transfer method.
• 18gl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be owned and operated by the registered 18gl account holder.

18gl reserves the right to reverse a deposit if verification checks raise concerns about the transaction. In such cases, the full deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and no gaming activity conducted with those funds will be recognised.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 18gl are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 18gl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to one business day.
• Any active bonus balance subject to unmet wagering requirements must not be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed before processing.
• 18gl may place a withdrawal on hold pending KYC verification if the account has not previously completed the verification process. This hold will be lifted as soon as verification is completed.
• Winnings from free bets or freeroll tournaments that are eligible for withdrawal will be transferred to your real-money wallet balance upon meeting any applicable conditions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

18gl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier varies by promotion and is clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith for genuine gaming activity. Bonus funds must be used for gameplay on 18gl — placing bets structured specifically to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 18gl may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Active bonuses with ongoing wagering will not be removed mid-cycle without communication to the affected member.
• The 200% welcome bonus available to new 18gl members applies to the first qualifying deposit of ₱200 or more. Welcome bonuses are available once per eligible new account and cannot be claimed again by the same individual through a different account.
• Members who self-exclude or who are enrolled in 18gl's responsible gaming controls that restrict promotions will not be offered bonus promotions for the duration of those controls.

Wagering Contribution Rates

Different game types on 18gl contribute differently toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in the 18gl promotions section. As a general guide, slots typically contribute at 100%, table games at 10–20%, and live casino games at variable rates. Please check current rates in your account before playing with active bonus funds.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games on 18gl operate according to the specific rules published for each game in the relevant game lobby. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real-money bets. 18gl is not liable for losses resulting from a player misunderstanding game rules.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server disconnection, software error, or display failure — 18gl will use the server-side game record as the authoritative record of what occurred. Bets that cannot be completed due to a verified malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. Completed bets where the result was determined before the malfunction are settled as per the recorded result.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table on 18gl. These are displayed in the game interface before each bet is placed. 18gl reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any game at any time. High-value bets on certain markets may require additional review before settlement.

Void Bets

18gl reserves the right to void bets placed under erroneous odds or conditions — for example, if a game result is entered incorrectly and corrected, or if a bet was accepted due to a technical pricing error. Members will be notified of any voided bets and stakes returned to their account balance promptly.

8Prohibited Activities

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the 18gl platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one 18gl account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through structured low-risk wagering, collusion between accounts, or systematic strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intention.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players at the same table or in the same game to coordinate play in a way that creates unfair advantage, including in poker and Pusoy games on 18gl.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any automated software to make betting decisions or execute bets on 18gl. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit on 18gl. Filing fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate 18gl transactions is treated as theft and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Money laundering: Using 18gl to deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, cycle money through gaming activity to obscure its origin, or withdraw funds without intent to engage in genuine gaming. 18gl reports suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or sexually harassing language at 18gl support staff or other members through any platform channel.

9Responsible Gaming

18gl takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm. 18gl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that prevent you from depositing beyond your chosen limit within the relevant period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out of 18gl.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum total loss amount across a defined period. Once reached, further gameplay is restricted until the period resets.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break from 18gl of between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account will be inaccessible for the chosen duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 18gl services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

10Privacy & Data

• Your personal data is used only for operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, and complying with applicable law.
• 18gl does not sell member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Communications from 18gl regarding your account, transactions, and required notices are not optional — they are part of the service. Promotional communications can be opted out of via account settings.
• Cookie usage on 18gl is described in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of cookies as described.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 18gl platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and the 18gl brand name — is the intellectual property of 18gl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any 18gl content without explicit written permission from 18gl. Unauthorised use of 18gl intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

18gl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability and fair outcomes, 18gl does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during active gameplay.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the value of funds held in a member's 18gl account at the time of the relevant event.
• Decisions made based on information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, provided that 18gl takes reasonable corrective action upon identification of the error.
• Losses resulting from a member's account being accessed by an unauthorised third party due to the member's failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 18gl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

18gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.
• At the account holder's own written request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, 18gl may forfeit all or part of the account balance at its discretion, proportionate to the severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a member breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after any applicable verification.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. 18gl will attempt to contact the member before any action is taken on a dormant account.

14Amendments to These Terms

18gl may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 18gl will notify registered members via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or for urgent security-related changes.

Continued use of the 18gl platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using 18gl and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 18gl platform are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 18gl holds its gaming license. 18gl complies with applicable Philippine regulations for the services it offers to players in the Philippines.

Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 18gl experience, you must submit it to the 18gl support team via email to support@18gl.best within 30 days of the relevant event. Your complaint must include your account username, the date of the relevant event, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

18gl will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve standard disputes within seven business days. For complex cases involving transaction investigation, the resolution period may extend to 21 business days. The decision reached by 18gl after a full review is final and binding.

If you are not satisfied with 18gl's resolution, you may escalate to the relevant gaming regulatory body under whose license 18gl operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from 18gl support upon request.
